Christian J. Meador OBJECTIVE: To continue personal and professional growth in a
professional environment. FIELD SERVICE REPRESENTITIVE, Textron Systems 2011 to 2015 -
Assigned to Dugway Proving Grounds, Utah. I maintained the One system ground
control station (OSGCS) and the Universal ground control station (UGCS) for
the Gray Eagle/ERMP UAV, making sure all aspects of the maintenance and day
to day operations run smoothly. I am familiar with Linux Red Hat and Cisco
routers and switches and Juniper Firewalls. I maintained the fifteen
computers and linked networks to provide all of the command and control
aspects in the OSGCS. In the UGCS maintained its Virtual machine based
operating system and Raid system with much of the command and control
structure the same as the OSGCS. I oversaw several testing events for new
equipment that have gone straight to the field for use by the soldiers. SENIOR FIELD RERESENITIVE, L-3 communications 2009 – 2011 -
Assigned to Palmdale, CA Air Force Plant 42. I worked with X and KU bands for
U2 aircraft communications. Using line of site antennas, satellite links and
fiber connections to maintain and test the communications link while being
responsible for loading and maintaining the CZY-10 encryption device and the
monthly Tape Crypto rollover. I have also worked with the ground control
stations for the Predator and Reaper UAV'S at Cannon AFB, NM and Creech AFB,
NV. I maintained their ATM network links between the Bases and forward
operating locations around the world. I have used Voltmeters, spectrum analyzers,
and Firebird 6000 test equipment to maintain and check connections for all
Aircraft. I did a 4 month deployment to Iraq to maintain the Satellite data
link for the Grey Eagle UAV where I was the only representative on shift. INFANTRYMAN, UNITED STATES ARMY 2003 – 2008 - Graduated from the
Army Basic Infantry Course Fort Benning, GA – March 2004. Graduated from the
Army Airborne school in Fort Benning, GA – March 2004. From there I was
assigned to and Served 4 years with 82nd Airborne Division before being
honorably discharged. While there, I Supervised airborne operations for over
800 Paratroopers with over 4.3 million dollars of equipment. I was
responsible for distribution and recovery of all the equipment issued.
I assisted in the training of cadets at West Point Military Academy in basic
soldiering skills. I deployed to the city of New Orleans within 72 hours of
notification to assist the displaced citizens following Hurricane Katrina.
Duties included covering search and rescue, security, food, water and fuel
distribution. Deployed to Operation Iraqi Freedom from August 2006 to October
2007. Held positions as a Rifleman, Truck Commander, Gunner and Driver
for logistical resupply convoys and combat operations. Helped with
reconstruction of the Iraqi Border Patrol, on the Iran border in the Diyala
Province NE of Baghdad. Supported Local Township’s in the rebuilding of their
